Quality Improvement of Services

- Based on standards compliance assessment findings, he/she plans for quality improvement

- To ensure that appropriate customer care service of and ensuring satisfaction of clients

Responsibilities: 

- Supervise the nutrition activities at the hospital `and FOSA its catchment area and in the community

- Receive the malnourished cases referred by the FOSA  

- The daily management inpatient cases and outpatients cases(HIV....)

- Coordinate activities related to the prevention of malnutrition in community

- Organize `IEC / BCC at the hospital and community

- Prepare staff training on nutritionist

- Provide technical advice on preparing different diet for all cases

- Develop reports and send them to the hospital, district  and at the central level

- Coordinate the activities of quality assurance

- Participate in meetings and other activities of the hospital

- Observe and respect the values & taboos as developed in the internal regulation rules
