Quality Improvement of Services

• Based on standards compliance assessment findings, he/she plans for quality improvement

• To make implementation follow-up of recommendations from data analysis of quality improvement

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the activities of Hygiene and sanitation at the hospital `and FOSA its catchment area and in public environments
• Ensure the hygiene status has inside and outside the hospital
• The daily management of hospital waste material and injection safety within the hospital

• Coordinate activities related to the prevention of infections in hospital
• Organize `IEC / BCC at the hospital's` d Hygiene
• Availability formulas for the preparation of products for decontamination and disinfestation
• Ensure maintenance `springs of drinking water used by the` hospital in the FOSA and the community in collaboration with the plumber
• Prepare staff training on hygiene and sanitation
• To monitor the maintenance of health facilities at the hospital `
• Provide technical advice on hygiene during the preparation of construction projects and rehabilitation
• Develop reports and send them to the hospital and at the central level
• Coordinate the preparation of the evaluation PBF hygiene
• Coordinate the activities of quality assurance
• Participate in meetings and other activities of the hospital
• Do everything else asked by his supervisor in the work
